Washing Machine Questions

I've got a Samsung front loader. Have had it for 2 years now and no probs. I had heard about the "not cleaning as well thing" too so I dump a scoop of OxyClean in every load. No issues at all there. As for babying it, I do what the manufacturer recommends: leave the washer door ajar between loads. If I've washed bunch of heavy stuff like towels and it's my last load, then I'll dry out the rubber seal at the base of the door opening. A couple of times a year, I'll run "Affresh" in it. That's it. It's really pretty simple. A bonus: the washer is VERY quiet.

I've never heard of Affresh. Will look for it.
I certainly second what you said about the quietness. I've never had a quieter washer.
