Greg, look at the website and you can see for yourself. It's filling completely contained by pie crust....like an empanada.

That's exactly what they are..................except I think when I made empanadas, a million years ago, I baked them.

We have wonderful memories of a 3 day weekend in Washington, DC. It is something I would truly like to do again. Long walks at night, the memorials, the sense of pride in our nation. We were very young.

A walk in DC after dark now would probably be an invitation to get your throat slit.
