If I were queen of the US the confederate flag would quietly go away. It's too closely associate with slavery and all that was bad about the south. I don't understand why anyone would be opposed to it being removed.

What I'm reading is that he was mad because a girl he liked was going with a black guy and had dumped him. And he was a 9th grade dropout. But, regardless of the cause, I don't think a kid that age can get that screwed up all by themselves. Not only the damage he did to others, but the stigma that will be attached to his family and friends essentially forever. Did he not even think of these things? Apparently not.

The caterwaling and self flagulation continued today on Mourning Joe. If we could just somehow get rid of all of these guns lying around and these racist flags, everything would be OK.
