Dinner tonight

I usually don't post about meals but yesterday we had crab and shrimp. I was facebooking afterwards and my friend from Singapore, showed her buffet. I'd forgotten it was Chinese New Year time! Yes, she had crab and shrimp but lots more. I think she had about 5 different sauces. Huey Tan's meals are also a treat for the eyes. Her husband is a very good photographer.
They live in Maryland. I thought of Big Tex's comment about Singapore being a very pleasant port call. It was for John!
