'hilary is the Enemy but I didn't do anything to make her sick if she is sick . Being aware of her possible sickness and publicizing it is a Patriotic Duty , imo .

That's only part of it. He says that he has serious concerns about what he has seen: the falls, two people having to help her up stairs, the bizarre facial expressions and movements, and the fact that she won't hold a press conference. He speculates that it may be due to brain damage from prior falls.
