Biggie, I thought you were kidding when you said that this team sucks, but I'm starting to think you were serious.

Don't bet the ranch on serious.

Good to hear

What's up with Darvish? That did not go well yesterday.

I get a bad vibe that he's just not into it. Maybe he doesn't completely trust his arm. On the other hand, he looked pretty good when he wasn't serving up home run balls.

Yes, sounded like all was going pretty well for about the first 4 innings then the wheels must have come off. I couldn't listen to all of it.

They say that control is always the last thing to return when a pitcher returns from TJ surgery....

Being wild in the strike zone is the worst way to be wild. That means balls wind up in the middle of the plate instead of on the corner.

Darvish is getting lots of strikeouts, so the stuff is good. We just have to patient while the control returns. I just hope we can afford to do so.

They won one last night. Missed watching it as the girls and I were at the pool. But someone said the bullpen did better last night.

They looked better, but the Orioles were sloppy on defense. The Rangers continue to own Miley. Tonight they get a chance to continue to own Keuchel.

Hometown Heroes beat the Disastros again, this time in 11 innings, 5-3. Rangers have played 10 more road games than Houston, and more than any other team in the MLB.

Sounds like Darvish pitched better on Sunday.

He was fantastic. Almost untouchable. Much more efficient with his pitches.

Another come-from-behind, one-run 9th-inning win for the Good Guys. My Main Man Mitch came through with a game winning double to score Elvis, right after Elvis tied it up with a 2-run single. Diekman got the save.

Was watching that game last night, but hubby changed the channel during a pitching change to watch something else  . I fell asleep thinking that the game was 3 to 1 and the Rockies would probably win. Woke up this morning and saw that the Rangers had won. Changed over to the morning repeat of the game and it picked up EXACTLY where it was when hubby had changed the channel so I listened to the rest of it while getting ready for work. There are baseball gods....

Dang the bats finally woke up again today. 4 runs in one inning when I wasn't paying any attention.

I was at work when all of this happened and could only catch bits and pieces of the ending. Maddening to miss it, but am really happy about it.

Set your VCR. It will be replayed on FSSW at 6am.

Not everybody has a DVR, either.
