The Rangers have put together a pretty good lineup in the field, but Jon Gray gets the ball opening day, and I guess Martin Perez pitches the next day. Ugh.

At least we know they're working on it.

Not really Rangers but an interesting baseball note. In Houston last night the Angels scored 6 runs in the first inning, making Ohtani the first starting pitcher to bat twice before throwing a pitch in at least 100 years.

Ohtani is going to end up with a lot of weird records in the books.

Apparently Apple TV has games every Friday night. Their broadcast team is pretty bad. I wanted to sync up the TV with Eric Nadel's radio call but I couldn't pause the Apple TV. Good game, but I had to bail in the fifth inning.
