Maybe. But I just think it's because he's an A-hole.

An A-hole with RBIs today.

I think they bounce back tomorrow.

If not . . . well . . . we'll always have Paris.

I have not enjoyed listening the last two days. It really never even seemed that the Rangers had a real chance either day.

DFW sports playoffs: Cowboys can't win with crappy QB (T. Romo) ; Rangers can't win with crappy pitching. Both teams should spend the billion dollars they spent/want to spend on players that can win. New stadium did nothing for the boys 20 year won/lost record, won't help the Rangers either.

It's time to prove that "Never ever quit" is more than just a slogan.

Liriano has a mild concussion from that ball he took to the noggin yesterday.

We've been here before. The Rangers need a win in the worst way, and we're sending Colby Lewis out to the mound.

Colby doesn't have the best arm or the best stats, but he's always come up big for the Rangers when they've needed it most. Let's see if he can get us out of the ditch this evening.

Everyone knew the Rangers needed to trade for starting pitching. They couldn't get it. Need to get it in the off-season. But who would have predicted that Hamels would melt down at the end of the season?

We've still got our core coming back next season: Beltre, Andrus, Odor, Lucroy, Mazara, Hamels, Darvish, all of the bullpen.

Moreland is a free agent. I doubt he is a Ranger next season.

Desmond is a free agent. I have no idea what he will do this winter. He'll be looking for a contract.

The Rangers have an option for Holland. Do you think they bring him back?

By the way, I heard that the story about Holland's injury from supposedly tripping over his dog was a big lie. I think he needs to be gone.

We had a fun discussion at work this morning about what to do with Desmond. I love the guy, but I don't want to re-sign him because his success was mostly during the first half of this season. His numbers were among his best ever, but again, it was because of the first half of the season.

However, if they don't sign him, I don't know who I'd replace him with. They traded off his replacement to get Lucroy. I wonder if he will "get paid" because of what happened this year. He's 30.

More proof that baseball is a talkin' sport.

We could always put Delino DeShields back in center...

Or we could make an offer to Carlos Gomez. I think he likes it here.

Good for him. I hope he learned from whatever it was he did and can resurrect his career. I really did like him.
