That mini nukes exist has been known for a long time now. But, they have never been acknowledged or demonstrated. That is why they were ideal to use for 9/11. Nobody could identify what a mini nuke explosion would look like. The nuclear reaction kept the lower floors red hot for months. Also, the status of forces agreement negotiations stalled out on the issue of subjecting US military to arrest and trial by the Iraq govt. While Maleki would have agreed, it had to be ratified by the Iraqi assembly which refused. Iraq is no longer a dictatorship since we installed a democratic govt. Remember???
