Contracts exist to be renegotiated, so that when push comes to shove, one side can demand something of the other for not following through.

That is, unless you WANT your side to lose.

Odd for the Republican stance to morph into;

The Bush administration failed in negotiating a proper exit strategy with Iraq to end the war and Obama should have stepped to the plate and saved Iraq by spending billions or trillions more and sending more people to be wounded/killed.


and for the umpteenth time, I was against invading/occupying Iraq.

also was involved in a lot of contracts and that has nothing to do with this thread
