I like to talk about stuff from way back, so I thought I would bring up restaurants. Where were some of the places you all liked to go....here are mine
1. Southern Kitchen
2. Zuider Zee
3. Shakey's
4. Chubby's
5. Mickey Mantle's

Not necessarily the best, but MY favorites,four past and one present
1. Steak & Ale (easily my first choice)
2.Youngbloods Fried Chicken ( just east of the Inwood Theatre onLovers Lane)
3 Daddys Money (Greenville ave just nort of ParkLane)
4 Old Warsaw ( Since the 1940's, a Dallas Showcase)
5. Safari,(Preston Royal Shopping Center-mans cut tenderloin for $5.95)
* If my memory were better I know I could name more.

There's a Chubby's on Cockrell Hill Rd near I-20.

OMG....I forgot KIPS BIG BOY. It was one of my very favorite places to go as kid.
