Shouldn't be necessary. Why make the tapayers pay. Just make them illegal and require they be destroyed. If your caught with one after that you go to prison for a long time.

Cops don't walk around carrying rifles.

The cops..or whoever is in charge of the confiscation..will be "dropped" on front porches, coast to coast.

Think it was long guns , semi autos consisting of shotguns , rifles , at least thats what i see in this video . --- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FMiNHt13WRw --- Handguns , don't know but i'll try to find out but here is this info to start . And ALL the destruction plus the BUY BACK done by GOVERNMENT paid workers at taxpayer expense using taxpayer money . And 'mrobama and hilary supporters and the 'dem' voters in the USA approve of this , see 'hilary' at end of video Jay .

and in England , nandus are gone except for the 'queen' and other bigshots like the retired 'tony blair' --- http://news.bbc.co.uk/onthisday/hi/date ... 110949.stm --- in England certain long guns can be owned , mostly shotguns and some farmers have some rifles for pest control . If you own a shotgun , i think its 'doubles' and 3 shot pumps are allowed and they require permission plus special storage . And DON'T even think of using it in self defense . ------------ and , hey , i read this stuff years ago , not really up on Current 'english' law and i am an American and its kinda hard to access info the older the events get .

We'll try your plan as soon as 2/3 of the House, 2/3 of the Senate, and 3/4 of the states agree to do so.

HANDGUN Ownership facts in Australia . --- https://ssaa.org.au/news-resources/rese ... australia/ --- Australia but interesting because 'dems' and their supporters in the USA would hang these Rules , Regulation and Laws around the necks of American gun owners when they can .

I expect if Bannon is correct in about 1 1/2 years we'll be there.

I have no faith in the House or the Senate, but you will never, ever get 3/4 of the states to agree to repeal the second amendment.

and in Britain , some rules on who can own a gun . --- http://www.newsweek.com/britains-gun-la ... arm-471473 --- 'britain' or australia , pretty much the same and very restrictive of guns and i don't want to see those restrictions here in the USA . USA is pretty much the most FREE country in the world but the 'democrats' and their supporters want to put an end to that Freedom :D .

-------------------------------------------------------------------- from what i hear , changes to the USA Constitution might come about due to a ' constitutional convention' . And i hear that a 'CONSTITUTIONAL CONVENTION' is being called for by many States Mark .

An article V convention of the states gets closer every day. However, a runaway convention is not possible. Every state's application must describe the subject matter of the convention, and the states must agree. And then, any amendment proposals that come out of the convention must still be ratified by 3/4 of the states.

The purpose of the Article V Convention currently under consideration is to get congress and the federal government back under control. Things like a balanced budget amendment and term limits are what will be considered.
