This is scary. Just saw this on televison. The FAA is abandoning the old way air traffic controllers are hired and now will hire off the street. The goal is more diversity.

Forced Diversity is the biggest obstacle we face in the US, IMO.

when a 25yr veteran gets passed over because his skin color isn't what the quota calls for.... we are ALL less safe.

but... we can vote... and MAYBE things will get better
