Bush on Bush
George W. Bush wrote a biography of his father
By Sean Sullivan
The Washington Post
Former president George W. Bush has been writing a book about his father, former president George H.W. Bush. The book will be published in November.
Crown Publishers announced Wednesday that the 43rd president has been working on the biography, which was done out of the public's view. The book is about the 41st president's life and career both inside and outside politics. It will also touch on his influence on George W. Bush.
"The book covers the entire scope of the elder President Bush’s life and career, including his service in the Pacific during World War II, his pioneering work in the Texas oil business, and his political rise as a Congressman, U.S. Representative to China and the United Nations, CIA Director, Vice President, and President," Crown Publishers said in a press release announcing the book.
Since leaving the White House in 2009 as a very unpopular figure, George W. Bush has retreated into a mostly private life. In addition to writing, he's been painting a lot, too. His portraits of world leaders were put on display in April to great fanfare.
George H.W. Bush turned 90 in June. He celebrated by jumping out of a helicopter in a parachute.
The book still needs a title. It will be released on Nov. 11, a week after the midterm elections.

The AP fact-checkers should be well rested from not fact-checking Hillary's book.
