May she rest in peace, she has had many health issues to battle through.

Ginsberg made it political, by hanging on to her position long after she was capable of performing her duties; for political purposes.

Ginsberg didn't do Democrats any favor when she was urged to resign in 2014 at age 81 when Obama was president and the Democrats held the Senate. She refused. So, now the Democrats have a big problem and I don't know anything they can do about it. If there are problems with the election that have to be resolved by the courts, the Republicans will have a majority.

President Trump needs to nominate a new USSC Justice today, and McConnell needs to hold the vote Monday. They need to ram this right down the throats of the Democrats. That's exactly what the Democrats would do if they held the White House and the Senate, and everybody knows it.

And for the record, Schumer, Biden, and Clinton have already gone full-blown political with their statements.

Per Mark Levin:

"Three fairly recent Supreme Court nominees were confirmed in less than 45 days, including Ginsburg."

But Ginsburg wasn't appointed 45 days before an election.

If the Rs try push this through now, it will solidify their reputation as hypocrites.

Harry Reid will go down in history for having handed the court to conservatives when he took the first step toward eliminating the 60 vote requirement for confirmation.
