They are not suing him to destroy his radio show, but that may well be a side effect.
He's being sued for the false reporting he did.
They suffered insult upon injury.
If you believe that the families didn't get hurt by Mr. Jones.
Imagine, not a family member, but just a close friend being murdered.
Then here comes Alex saying it was a government hoax, that your friend wasn't dead.
Now imagine you can clearly see that your friend is in the morgue.
Does that not seem hurtful and cruel?
What possessed Jones to do this?
It has nothing to do with him being a thorn in the governments side.
He lied about the event and hurt people.
