I see it as disturbing that a prosecutor can twist this into blaming the corp for one guy's admitted guilt. Then a jury agrees with the prosecution.
Would the same prosecutor blame Collins street bakery for the employee embezzling from them?
You say that kind of stuff because you want the smallest sentence possible. To show you have remorse. And it apparently worked. He only got a measly 5 months.
