Food and stuff

Postby Sangersteve » Mon Sep 01, 2014 7:23 pm

I think it has been determined that most here eat.

Are you a stickler for certain foods at certain meals?

Could you eat a corn dog for breakfast or pancakes for supper?

Whats your favorite meal?

Can you get taste bud excited over a vegetable?

If you could only pick three things to be on your plate for a month, what would they be.

Sweet or unsweet?

Eat out more or home cooking more?

Buffet or cafeteria?

Are you an adventurous eater? Or stick to tried and true.

Kraft Mac and cheese or Velveeta shells and cheese?

Cake or pie?
It's a joke son,I say a joke

Are you a stickler for certain foods at certain meals? At least once a month we will have breakfast for dinner. Sausage, eggs, bacon, and biscuits. Can't eat lunch or dinner foods for breakfast though.

Could you eat a corn dog for breakfast or pancakes for supper? No-Yes

Whats your favorite meal? The one in front of me.

Can you get taste bud excited over a vegetable? Love a good salad, and potatoes all sorts of ways. Other than that I'm not much of a veggie eater.

If you could only pick three things to be on your plate for a month, what would they be. Meat, certain veggies, bread.

Sweet or unsweet? Sweet.

Eat out more or home cooking more? Home.

Buffet or cafeteria? Buffet.

Are you an adventurous eater? Or stick to tried and true. Tried and true for the most part.

Kraft Mac and cheese or Velveeta shells and cheese? Velveeta, but like both.

Cake or pie? Absolutely!

I don't even like breakfast...for BREAKFAST!

In my perfect world, dinner is served 3 times a day.

Kids when they were young thought bacon and pancakes for dinner was a special event.

Now my grandsons are split on the mac n cheese vs velveeta n cheese option.

I enjoyed a couple corn dogs for breakfast a few weeks ago.

adventurous eater, chocolate chip cookies with hatch chiles are downstairs.
It's ok if you disagree with me.
I can't force you to be right.

Usually have a bowl of cereal for breakfast OR if I'm in a hurry to get to the pool, a Quaker Oat breakfast cookie.

We love breakfast food for dinner

When the kids were little and Steve was late getting home, we'd have a "pajama dinner". They'd be in their jammies, we'd eat, they'd brush their teeth and hop into bed.

I found out that I love brussel spouts when our favorite chef made them for Thanksgiving last year. It had never been a favorite of mine before. No, I can't make them delicious as he does.

Don't like potatoes much but do like them fried with onions VERY WELL DONE! OK, burned. If we have them, I take out every one else's and leave my in until they're nicely burned.

I alternate between sweet and unsweetened.

I don't think I have a favorite meal. I'm still thinking.....

Definitely NOT BUFFET except for one place (Lea's) in Leonard, TX. Haven't eaten in a cafeteria in years. There's something about seeing all that food laid out that just turns me off. But Lea's is different....there's not so much food, (fried chicken or chicken fried steak and one other meat that changes daily. Who knew that chicken fried steak on a buffet could still be very good? I've just found that most buffets might look good but it's really not.
