Her tongue became too sharp and caustic for my taste, but I enjoyed her when she was new to the stage.

she wasn't afraid to speak her mind and she was usually right on. Sad.

Playing devil's advocate . . . maybe she had a condition that she didn't tell them about at the endoscopy clinic.

This was just a diagnostic procedure to try and find why she had a raspy voice.
No surgery was involved. I guess it's possible that it was just a coincidence that she was there when she died.
