Four people I know personally right now would definitely have something to say about that, not to mention my other friends who can no longer say anything.

I thought this had to be satire but the video is undisputed and that is what he said. One of his online defenders says he was speaking "ironically" and others are asserting in the face of the evidence that he is saying "we can end cancer as we know it".

The White House has cleared up any confusion you might have had from hearing Joe say " We ended cancer as we know it."
