Ban the Jab movement surging in Florida

An accountability movement is surging in the Sunshine State as multiple counties have signed on to take action and “Ban the Jab.”

Corporate media and federal agencies may be gearing up for another push of COVID shots and masking but, at the state level, the Florida GOP wasn’t having it. After Lee County Republicans led the way, The Epoch Times reported nine of 67 counties were already in agreement that the “biological and technological weapons” should be banned.

“On behalf of the preservation of the human race, the Lee County Republican Party calls upon Gov. DeSantis and the state legislature to prohibit the sale and distribution of Covid injections and all mRNA injections in the state of Florida,” the resolution read in part, “and for the state Attorney General to immediately seize all Covid injections and mRNA injections in the state of Florida and have a forensic analysis conducted.”

Attributed to board-certified clinical mental health counselor Joseph Sansone, the resolution presented 140 exhibits of evidence and, in addition to Lee County, had since been adopted by Brevard, Collier, Franklin, Hillsborough, Lake, Santa Rosa, Seminole and St. Johns Republicans.

When it was initially introduced in February, Sansone said “It’s called the ‘Ban the Jab’ resolution, whereas strong and credible evidence exists that COVID-19 and COVID-19 injections are biological and technological weapons.”

The resolution also cited human rights attorney Francis A. Boyle, author of the 1989 Bioweapons and Antiterrorism Act, who referred to mRNA injections as “COVID frankenshots” that present as “existentially dangerous.”

Florida’s Department of Health noted that in 2021 there were more than 41,000 injuries reported to the state’s Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System, a 1,700 percent increase over the prior year, that accompanied a 4,400 percent uptick in reports of “life-threatening conditions.”

Earlier this year, Gov. Ron DeSantis had signed a number of bills supporting medical freedom that included a ban on gain-of-function research, prohibiting vaccination status discrimination, and freedom of speech protections for medical professionals.

DeSantis had also taken action to establish a grand jury charged with investigating “crimes and wrongdoing committed against Floridians related to the COVID-10 vaccine.”

At the time he had petitioned the Florida Supreme Court, the governor had said, “it is against the law to mislead and misrepresent when you talk about the efficacy of the drug,” and went on to add, “Our CDC, at this point, anything they put out, you just assume, at this point, that it’s not worth the paper that it’s printed on. It’s not serving a useful function. It’s really serving to advance narratives.”

Along with pushing back on the jabs, Florida’s Surgeon General Joseph A. Ladapo has held firm against masking policies and lockdowns and once again voiced his opposition last week on X, writing, “What do you call re-imposing mask policies that have been proven ineffective or restarting lockdowns that are known to cause harm? You don’t call it sanity. These terrible policies only work with your cooperation. How about refusing to participate…”

Yet, the implied insanity was precisely what cropped up last week when President Joe Biden said he “signed off this morning on a proposal we have to present to the Congress — a request for additional funding for a new vaccine that is necessary, that works. And tentatively — not decided finally yet — tentatively, it will likely be recommended that everybody get it no matter whether they’ve gotten it before or not.”
