I don’t care much for her either, but I was speaking about Paul Ryan. He made those comments in this interview.
Nikki Haley is a combination of the worst parts of the Democrat party and the worst parts of the Republican Party.

just called the cops on me and had me escorted out of her town hall in Iowa. I was literally just standing and her staff let me inside the event after they sent me confirmation of my tickets.

Nikki Haley clearly doesn’t support free speech. For someone who likes to pretend to be anti-dictator, she sure is acting like a dictator by using the police to have women removed from her events. Way to enforce the concept of weaponized government on the 3 year anniversary of January 6, Nikki!
Nikki Haley’s campaign reportedly canceled an event at the last minute to avoid what her critics describe as embarrassment, as video showed a relatively empty room and a few pro-Haley signs hanging on a wall.
“If you look around me, technically this is an event that was supposed to start in the last few minutes, and of course it’s empty,” a reporter on the scene said.
“You got empty chairs, stuff packed up in the corner, and signs just hanging on the wall — the only way you’d know that Nikki Haley was supposed to be here,” she said, noting that Haley’s team canceled the event “just a few minutes ago,” suggesting that no one actually showed up...

GOP Sen. Rand Paul,on Friday launched a website titled "Never Nikki" to urge libertarians not to vote for former United Nations Ambassador Nikki Haley in his party's 2024 presidential nomination process.
"Based on her record and campaign, I don’t see how any thoughtful or informed libertarian or conservative should vote for @NikkiHaley. If you agree, let your voice be heard," Paul, of Kentucky, wrote on the social media platform, X.
In his thread on X, Paul says that he likes different aspects of three of the Republican candidates running for president, including former President Donald Trump, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis and entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy, but he doesn't have a first choice yet.
"I’m interested in the ideas of some independents too, such as @RobertKennedyJr," Paul wrote.
He went on to list his grievances with Nikki Haley in a long thread on X, explaining why he and other libertarians won't and should not vote for her.
"While most others were decrying the mistakes of the past 20 years, and fighting for an America First foreign policy, @NikkiHaley was aligning herself with and declaring her foreign policy allies to be John McCain and Lindsey Graham," Paul said.
He also said that Haley lacks respect for the First Amendment and believes in unlimited foreign aid to other countries.
"I am #NeverNikki and I hope you will be too," Paul concluded.
