...couldn't even come up with 2,000 signatures in Maine...
Chris Christie is off the 2024 Republican primary ballot in Maine, a Super Tuesday state, after a judge affirmed the Maine secretary of state's decision that the former New Jersey governor did not submit enough signatures to qualify for the ballot.
Secretary of State Shenna Bellows, a Democrat, determined earlier this month that Christie lacked the number of certified signatures from Maine voters needed to qualify for the state's GOP presidential primary, according to CBS News. Christie appealed the decision, and a Maine Superior Court judge on Thursday issued a ruling siding with the secretary of state.
"We appreciate that the court upheld the integrity of Maine's well-established ballot access requirements," Bellows said after the court's decision. "Every candidate, including presidential candidates, must follow the law to qualify for the ballot. We are glad that the court recognized that Maine law is workable and fair to all."
Maine Director of Elections Heidi Peckham had said earlier this month that Christie's campaign had submitted 844 of the minimum of 2,000 certified signatures required in order to appear on the ballot.

The best candidates never win. Because they tell the truth. The ones that win are always the liars and bull shit artists. It's called politics. I thought that everyone knew that.

The problem now is how to determine who the least worse candidate is. If I was going to vote now, I'd probably have to flip a coin.

Telling the truth has never been a very successful campaign strategy.

Christie wants a job in the new administration. That's what it's all about. And he's betting it won't be Trump. Smart!

Well that really moves the conversation forward. Given the choices from both parties we're probably going to be stuck with, and voting irregularities & challenges, flipping a coin, eeny-meeny-miny-mo or throwing darts is more honest & less prone to cheating.

So I guess you’re admitting the rest is true..and now let me help further.
Wild, maniacal conspiracies about how 911 was an inside job, is the sickest most anti American nonsense any mentally retarded jackass ever dreamed up.
Does that help?

I said "an example" not a generalization. That is a cop-out. And it's your way of avoiding the question.
Try again Sport!

That example was as specific as can be.
You’re blaming your country..your then President..and your then government..for the attack on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon.
Not the guilty people, who are all Muslims..and foreigners.…killing in the name of their “God.”
That means you hate your country.…profoundly,

I was an air force officer for 5 years during the Viet Nam war. I then worked for the DOD as a civilian for about 25 years, 8 years overseas, until I retired. What did you ever do for your country other than run your mouth and take up space sport? Hmmmmmmm?

Veterans can end up hating their country as much as anyone else.
It can even be the reason they turn on it.

Indeed, Chris Christie is a serial liar...
Republican presidential candidate Chris Christie said Wednesday he would not vote for former President Donald Trump in November, breaking his debate pledge with the Republican National Committee (RNC), called the “Beat Biden Pledge.”
The broken pledge and refusal to vote for the likely GOP presidential nominee appears to highlight Christie’s thirst to remain politically relevant, considering:
Just two percent support Christie’s GOP primary bid, Fox News polling shows.
He maintains a negative net approval rating (-55), according to the Wall Street Journal.
“No,” Christie replied when MSNBC’s Mike Barnicle asked if he would vote for Trump, breaking his pledge with the RNC.
Christie signed the debate pledge, along with “every remaining ‘major’ contender,” ABC News reported in December.
The pledge reads:
I affirm that if I do not win the 2024 Republican nomination for President of the United States, I will honor the will of the primary voters and support the Republican presidential nominee in order to save our country and beat Joe Biden.
I further pledge that I will not seek to run as an independent or write-in candidate nor will I seek or accept the nomination for president of any other party.
Christie’s decision to break the pledge confirms comments he made in March to oppose the former president, citing the January 6 protest.

And he's out. Why did he ever declare in the first place?
This will NOT give a boost to Nimarata, because that fat slob Chris Christie doesn't have any supporters to give to anybody.
Chris Christie is dramatically dropping out of the 2024 Republican presidential race, according to multiple reports.
The former New Jersey governor will end his campaign before Iowa becomes the first state to vote on Monday, according to Bloomberg and journalist Mark Halerpin.
He is set to make a major announcement at 5pm Central Time, just five days before the Iowa caucus and two weeks before the New Hampshire primary where he was polling as high as third.
It is a stunning development that could be a major boost for Nikki Haley as many of Christie's voters would be expected to now back her.
Christie based his campaign on being the most vocal and aggressive opponent of the runaway frontrunner, former president Donald Trump.
But he has been languishing in polls and came under increasing pressure to withdraw and give Haley, who has been gaining momentum, a better opportunity to catch Trump.
