The arguments before the court

Today's David Webb show has been playing many of today's arguments before the USSC live.

Jason Murray is the clown arguing the case for Colorado. He is floundering around and contradicting himself constantly. I guess this is what happens when you don't have a valid argument.

Yeah, but the whole thing makes no sense. This is NOT a presidential election. It is a party election to decide who their candidate will be. The Constitution has nothing whatsoever to do with it.
The local Colorado TV news tonight seems to be supporting Trump!

Yeah, but the whole thing makes no sense. This is NOT a presidential election. It is a party election to decide who their candidate will be. The Constitution has nothing whatsoever to do with it.
The local Colorado TV news tonight seems to be supporting Trump!



The party didn't kick him off the ballot. The state did...and the state will probably lose in a 9-0 decision, unless Sotomayor is the lone idiot that rules incorrectly. Even Jumanji, the newest Lefty on the court, seems to be headed in the right direction on this one.
