Anyone with a brain and knowledge of recent history knows this was done by Muslims.
No one else waltzes into a crowded public place with a large number of killers throwing grenades or shooting innocent people.
Putin work never do such a thing..not good for the cameras..unless your “constituents” are..other Muslims.
