For those that don't know Bunkyo is a neighborhood in Tokyo.
Well at least that's where my computer and the FBI think I am.
The reason I tell you this is my VPN tells the internet where I am.
This morning my antivirus warned me my IP address was exposed.
So if the feds or scammers are watching
