I don't know that he "owns" any delegates.
Nobody asked Biden the main question "Why did he leave the boarder wide open for 7 million people to come across the river?"

The "Biden had a cold" excuse doesn't wash with me. For two reasons.
1. Biden gets the best medical support in the world. He is seen by a doctor every day. His physician was with him the entire time he was sequestered preparing for the debate.
2. If Biden did contract a cold I would have used that to his advantage, making a statement that he had come down with a cold but was going to fight through it because he didn't want to reschedule the debate.
But that's just me.

I'm not sure about all of that, but it's plain to anyone with two working eyes and 2 halfway working ears that Trump was lying his ass off, as he always does.
