31-0 at halftime. Yikes! There will be no joy tonight in the beer halls of Fort Collins.

I wonder how much the heat is affecting Colorado State. In my day the UT NROTC unit drilled every Tuesday in the football stadium. I remember marching past the visitors bench area after Texas had played Oregon the Saturday before. The smell of barf was almost overpowering.

TU was favored by 34.5 points. They won 52-0!!!
I don't know if that is their worst loss in history, if not it's got to be pretty close.

I read the high was 94 degrees in Austin yesterday. So, was that a big factor in Colorado State getting stomped? Well yes, probably. :( But, it could help later on if it causes other teams to not take them as seriously ;)
