Mel Gibson Predicts Civilization ‘Collapse’ After L.A. Fires!
Mel Gibson has a theory about the L.A. fires, he told Joe Rogan on a new episode of The Joe Rogan Experience Thursday, as he waited to find out whether his own house is still standing amid the city’s “inferno.”
“All those earmarks, the precursors of a collapse, they’re present in our time,” Gibson said in the episode released Thursday. “It doesn’t take long,” for a civilization to collapse, he added, citing Jared Diamond’s 2011 book Collapse: How Societies Choose to Fail or Succeed.

He’s almost as goofy as you.
Can’t expect him to be too sane after his house burned to the ground.
..what’s YOUR excuse?

I've never heard that losing a house can cause insanity. Did you just make it up?

It is certainly one of the most traumatic things a person can go through..losing your home and all your belongings..even you can understand that.

I really didn't "own" a home for very many years. I either rented or "owned" a mortgaged one. Overseas, I was provided one. You do understand that you don't "own" a mortgaged home don't you?

40% of the homes in the U.S. have no mortgage.
Where Mel Gibson lives, I bet that is more like 90%.

We retired our mortgage a couple of years ago. It's one of the best feelings I've ever had.

..but that is really not relevant.
People that only have their 20% down payment in the home have all of their possessions, heirlooms and emotional attachments just like the people with paid off homes..perhaps more with emotional attachments.
This is so much more than a dollars and cents situation.

When you live in a country with a govt. that is as crooked as ours, everything is a crap shoot. But, before at least there was some modicum of sanity. Now, there is zero, zip, nada. So, when the collapse comes, it's going to be fast and it's going to be brutal.

You've been saying that for 15 years.

Ron Paul's been saying it longer than that. Because it is still true. It's one thing to predict what's going to happen and another to predict when. There's too many variables. But, countries that depend on fiat money cannot last.
