I have been suspicious every since I saw the picture with a tiny stream of red on his face. Then for a week or so he wore some kind of of white thing about the size of a playing card. It appeared to be more of a shield to prevent anyone from seeing anything than any kind of bandage. When you get shot in the face, that's not what it looks like. It was a fake out. But, that is all just water under the bridge now. He got away with it.

I expect this poor kid was fed a line about it being some kind of an exercise and that he was helping them. He had no known reason to want to kill him. And there were probably blanks in his gun.

This has been very strange in that virtually nothing has been published about this guy, his background or his motivation. It's like he just woke up one morning and thought gee I think I'll go kill Trump today! You have to think that there is information about this that is not being released.
