..6 pm Pacific.

President Trump’s address to Congress.

I think we can expect some antics from the manure Party.

I've yet to hear one member of the media refer to this as the "State of the Union" address.

I believe this is just another passive way for the media to try to delegitimize President Trump.

I heard one reporter say it was not technically a state of the union address because Trump has been in office for less than a year. I didn't know the Constitution limited the number of times per year the President can deliver such a speech.

eta: I checked and the Constitution just says "from time to time".

Because it IS some such bullshit.

How can a POTUS deliver an actual State of the Union address when he’s only been in office for a month?

It may be because he might want to skip the actual FIRST SotU address.

Thinking that is “some such bullshit”.

He’ll fawn over Leon Musk, he’ll defend Putin, he’ll slam Zelensky. And he won’t say a word about the market or the grocery prices. He’ll just puff out his chest and gloat about meaningless garbage.
But if you like people who do this, then you’ll love it.

But the jackasses on the evil Left seem to be fully invested in calling President Trump's speech anything but the State of the Union.

I stand by my original statement that this is intentional on the part of the media. It is part of their attempt to delegitimize President Trump.

As far as stupid left wing minions go, they are just ignorant followers of the media, and will dutifully repeat any bullshit spewed by the media.

I notice from that list that JFK gave a SOTU speech ten days after inauguration, and that Carter did not give one during the year of his inauguration. Nearly all the others gave their first address within a few weeks of inauguration.

In fact, Trump's March delivery will be one of the latest in the year since the Hoover presidency, exceeded only by one of Biden's.

I doubt he will mention anything you actually need to know.
Only a few months ago, stocks traded at consistent record levels as Donald Trump's presidential win fueled a bullish Wall Street high on the hopes of pro-business policies and lower taxes.

Flash forward to today: That euphoria has all but evaporated. Trump's tariff war escalation has sparked fears of slow economic growth while, at the same time, inflation remains stubbornly elevated. Softer data has also spooked investors in recent weeks, marking the return of "bad news for the economy is bad news for stocks."

The stock market is presently 6% off it’s all time high.

That is considered a SMALL pullback..which are quite common..

..and not even halfway to a “correction.”

Corrections typically happen at least once a year, and serve to allow the stock market to reach new highs.

All quite routine.
