The Dallas Mavericks organization is a trash organization.

Donnie Nelson settled his lawsuit against the Dallas Mavericks back in November. I wish that suit could have gone to trial so the facts could have been made public. There isn't any doubt that the Mavericks paid 8 or 9 figures to make the lawsuit go away. Nelson had previously rejected a $52 Million settlement.

For those that don't remember, this all started when a male Dallas Mavericks executive sexually harassed and sexually assaulted Donnie Nelson's nephew. Nelson cried foul, and Mark Cuban fired him.

The Dallas Mavericks organization has a long history of sexual harassment problems, and the organization has engaged of cover-ups at the organizational level for years. Recently retired CEO Cynt Marshall was supposedly hired to clean up the organization, but she was part of the cover-up of incidents with Nelson and his nephew.

IMO, Cynt Marshall was hired for PR damage control and nothing else. She tried to make us believe that she had no idea who Mark Cuban was when he offered her the job.
