I just watched live SpaceX with Crew 9 just now touched down in the Gulf of America.

I was watching when Alan Shepherd went up in 1961 and I continue to be fascinated that we are able to do this.

I remember that, too. I was in 2nd grade & we watched with the whole school on a not very big portable B&W TV in the multi-purpose room.
