But it bugs me and I don't even know why

Why does a large business, State Farm, in particular.

Spend untold millions of dollars licensing

Batman

I know it's supposed to bring in new business

How many customers will be tempted to change carriers because of Batman commercials?

Also who the heck is Baitman?

Well, he does have to insure the Batmobile, Batbike, Batcopter, Batboat, & all the other Batcrap he has, not to mention stately Wayne Manor, ya know.
