Donald Trump's niece has claimed that he "can't tie his own shoes," in the latest scathing critique of her uncle, as health fears surrounding Trump grow.

Psychologist Mary Trump, the daughter of Donald's older brother, Fred Trump Jr, slammed the president's "reign of idiocy" in the latest episode of her YouTube show, Trump Trolls Trump. "We're now 166 days into the Trump regime's reign of terror, reign of confusion, reign of chaos, but also let's call it what else it is, it's a reign of idiocy," she said.

The 60-year-old, who authored the tell-all book Too Much and Never Enough: How My Family Created the World's Most Dangerous Man, continued to brutally mock her uncle, adding: "Time flies when you're having a horrible time and when democracy is slowly being strangled by a man who can't tie his own shoes."

Mary did give the president credit for something, however. "Now, Donald is good at very, very few things but I'm going to give him credit for something," she said.

"He has an actually quite decent ability to mix cognitive decline with narcissism. I mean that's a twofer."

"Every time it is a 10 out of 10 for his performance in being a moron," Mary noted. She continued unleashing a scathing attack on Donald, highlighting one of his latest embarrassing blunders.

Following his visit to a new Florida immigration detention center dubbed "Alligator Alcatraz" last week, the president was asked, twice, if he knew how long detainees would be kept there.

Instead of answering the question, a confused Trump rambled on about how much he loves Florida, redecorating the Oval Office, and New York taxes before finally concluding: "I'll be here as much as I can, very nice question."

Mary noted: "The question, you idiot, wasn't do you like Florida?" She added: "The reason he can't answer that question is because he doesn't have an answer."

Trump's niece declared she is "sick of this thuggish lunk sitting there any denying the American people access to any truths about anything whatsoever."

"Donald is, quite frankly, increasingly far gone these days. He has an attention span of a toddler, although that's actually nothing new," she continued.

Mary then turned her attention to Trump's latest venture, a new Trump "victory" perfume he promoted on Truth Social last week.

The fragrance, which comes in versions for men and women, costs $249 per 100ml bottle and features a gold-colored Trump statuette. "It is grotesque for the sitting president of the United States to grift off of his office, but here we are," Mary commented.

She added: "The idea of having to guess what that horror smells like is deeply unfair to those of us who are still sane."

Hey, everyone has issues whether they drink or not. I used to drink but it never caused problems. I was never in any kind of treatment and I haven't had any alcohol for 3 or 4 years. And I'll be 85 next month.
