Purdue football update

Purdue lost to Iowa last Saturday, 24-10.
I won't go into details, but the offense played poorly, and if you read the Purdue message boards, most of the blame is being placed on the qb. Defense played well, till they got tired.
Son is still starting at LT, but there is now a rotation of tackles because the JC they brought in to play LT is now eligible (after serving a 3 game NCAA suspension). Son starts at LT, rests two series; goes to RT for two series; then back to LT for two series; and so on.
Except that the starting center got hurt late in the third quarter, and son played center in a game for the first time in his football life (that goes back to sixth grade). His first snap was very low, and the qb dropped it, for a four yard loss. Son considered it a good start, because his usual bad snaps are over the qb's head and to the right. Every other snap was good.
Not sure if he will be at center or at LT on Saturday; game is vs. Illinois, on tv on ESPN2 at 11:00 central.
