CDC: You Can Give—But Can’t Get—Ebola on a Bus

I think it's time Frieden stepped down as head of the CDC.
I know small children who have more sense than he does.

(CNSNews.com) - Dr. Tom Frieden, director for the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), said during a telephone press briefing Wednesday that you cannot get Ebola by sitting next to someone on a bus, but that infected or exposed persons should not ride public transportation because they could transmit the disease to someone else.

So first, Frieden says we need to keep the flights of Liberians, Sierra Leonans, etc. coming into America because if we don't it could make the disaster worse. Irrespective of the fact that this flies in the face of logic, he continues to put this nonsense out there. Now he is saying that you can't get ebola on the bus, but it can be transmitted to others on the bus. How can it be transmitted to others if you can't get it on the bus? This guy is crazier than an outhouse rat.

I have to say that, to me, Frieden kind of has the "look of the dumb". You know, like when you make a statement to someone and they just sit there, mouth-breathing, staring at you. Maybe he's just an egghead who's never been out to the real world and is now out of his league, but none of that matters. He is in over his head and we need someone in charge who will not bow to Obama and instead will put the well-being of the American people at the head of their priority list.
