Unusual car question
My grandfather owned quite a few Model A's and Model T's when I was growing up. These were sold just before his passing in 1986. Since most people buy classic cars like this to hold on to, I'm convinced that some of them may survive to this day. He had a very distinctive last name, so I was wondering if there is any way to use his name to track down the car VINs and use this to track down the current owners. I'd like to either (a) buy one of the cars or (b) let them know that I'm the guy to call before they sell to someone else. Thanks for any info!
Re: Unusual car question
Was he ever a member of a Model T /A club? Someone there may know something. Even if he wasn't, they may be able help.

Very good suggestion; thank you. He was a member, but I'm not sure of which one. A really great place to start, though; thanks!
