Have any of you ever tried to witch for water or have you dealt with a diviner?
The closest I've came to one was when I worked for the phone company.
My boss hired a diviner to find a lost buried cable at the old Amon Carter Airfield.
He walked around with a couple of L shaped metal rods. I didn't see the whole thing but I heard later he found the cable.

I have used brass L shaped rods to find water lines and unmarked graves.

I've used coat hangers bent to an L shape and it works for me to find water pipes. I didn't blielve at first, but it works for some people.

The fellow that drilled the well for our house used rods. Don't know if it was necessary but it was enjoyable.

They work on the same principle as a ouija board, powered by the subconscious. They're good at telling you where you think there is water.

That's my opinion also.

That was mine, until I tried them.

I don't think they work for finding water, just underground lines and similar things.

Any other explanation is just nonsense.
