Our bill had an $18.32 customer charge.
Note said "the charge was on appeal to the Railroad Commission."
This is in addition to conservation and energy fee.
IIRC, this fee is "just because." !@#$%!@#$
Do they really expect me to believe they were not making a profit in the past?
