German battleships shelling Boston? Infantry battalions storming the streets of New York? I've read an alternate history book about this occurring. The Germans lost because almost every American was patriotic and owned firearms.

I guess the Kaiser hadn't seen Harlem first hand, or Boston Harbor area, he would have changed his mind if he had. Otherwise,its a big Ho-Hum to this story, it is afterall 2014 isn't it ?

I'm a history buff and thought it was interesting.
