weekend breakfasts

During the week it grab something fast. On the weekends I prepare at least one old fashioned breakfast.
For Karen it is an omelette. For me, 2 eggs sunnyside, Wright's peppered bacon, homemade hashbrowns and biscuits and gravy.
What about y'all?

Coffee, 3 cups. Typical morning for me, wife will have a couple cups of tea.

A couple of cheesy scrambled eggs, a few dollar pancakes,sausage patty, canadian bacon, toast with mint jelly, coffee....sounds like a dream breakfast, right...well it is except for the eggs and java. But its what I would like some cold Wintery morning

Hubby usually makes eggs, toast, gravy, potatoes and bacon on Saturday.
