I was ready to give up on them at half time. Somehow, they pulled it out 24 to 20.

Fairweather Friends, not me. I'm a Cowboy fan, Super Bowl Champ, Wild Card Winner, even triple 8-8 stat.

Have been a loyal fan since day one with Eddie LeBaron, 1960.

I've been watching them since 1960. I've seen a lot of good football and I've seen a lot of bad football. I reserve the right to point it out when I think they are guilty of bad football.

Me, too.

But that wasn't bad football on Sunday. That was overcoming early mistakes and clawing out a win against a good defense. Detroit had a good game plan, but the Cowboys adjusted and wore them out.
