The liberal leaning Pentagon made it mandatory to keep the WMD silent to degrade Bush. WMD were there, and everyone knew it, they all said it, even Clinton, and then pulled an oops and retracted their comment...the Pentagon screwed up, they dug a hole so deep they had no choice but to pull an "Obama" and lie their way out of it.
