From the article:
The scale of race-ethnic transformation in the United States is stunning.
In 1980, the population of the United States was 80 percent white. Today, that
proportion has fallen to 63 percent, and by 2060, it is projected to be less than 44
percent.
Hispanics were 6 percent in 1980, are 17 percent today, and should be 29
percent by 2060.
Asians/Others were just 2 percent in 1980, are 8 percent today,
and should be 15 percent by 2060.
Blacks, however, should be stable at 12 percent
to 13 percent over the time period.

Of course, the information says that Texas, NM, California and Hawaii are already minority majority.
