I like McMurtry's songs, but smooth Max Stalling get closer to the real me.

I like Max too.
I just got James' new CD. I saw him at Bills Records and Tapes in Richardson about a dozen years ago. He play a free show for about a half hour.
And he almost blew the roof off of the place. Been a fan every since.
