Ted Cruz is going on Obamacare.
The newly announced Republican presidential candidate told CNN's Dana Bash that he will sign up for health care coverage through the Affordable Care Act -- a law he has been on a crusade to kill.
The news comes one day after CNN first reported that the senator would no longer have access to health benefits through his wife's employer, Goldman Sachs

"Well, it is written in the law that members will be on the exchanges without subsidies just like millions of Americans so that's – I think the same rules should apply to all of us. Members of Congress should not be exempt"
He also repeated his call for the healthcare law to be repealed in its entirety.
"I believe in 2017 a new president, a Republican president will sign legislation repealing every word of it. There are a fair number of Republicans in Washington and elsewhere who have quietly and privately given up on that fight and I have not,"

He will be assessed a tax/fine if he does not have Health Insurance I understand it, the tax/fine can only be collected by the IRS if you have a Tax Refund Due.
So let me get this straight, y'all are giving Cruz crap for following a Law he opposes ?
And what would you say if he made certain he had no refund due and refuse to pay the tax ?
I worrying more about his wife working for Goldman-Sachs, myself.

Part of the reason is to show he's doing what other Americans have to and Obama isn't. Hillary isn't either.
