Ok..drought's over..everybody put their sprinklers back on.

Oh..and by the way..rain sucks.

You can't do anything..you can't go outside on your porch or your deck. You have have to sit around inside..look out of the window and say..yes, rain sucks.

Thankfully, it only happens 4 or 5 times a year.

Main part of rain I don't like now is having to let the dog out and back in the yard. He'll come in muddy if I don't grab him right away.

I love rain. Why can't you sit on your porch? We sit on our patio unless the wind is really blowing hard or it's lightening.

About the dogs....yeah that can get messy. We have a large laundry room with an indoor/outdoor carpet, so that really helps. Although Hubs forgets to close doors behind him and they often escape. And yes, I do gripe since the floors are hardwood.

Yep, I love it too. Nice to watch the lightening especially if it's a long way off. Having lost a horse, several cows, a tree, a fence charger, and an a/c/unit to lightning strikes I'm not much a fan of it close up.
