thanks L.L. , I 'heard 'that they still get paid though as the investigation is handled . Sounds to me that it will be investigated with some reprimands handed out and retraining !!

With any luck, a few prison sentences thrown in for good measure.

well , the first couple of guys , well I can understand their beating to subdue the guy although he looked like he was compliant from the very beginning after he hit the ground . My main thought would be the later arrivals that just piled on to join the crowd in the slugfest are problems !!

"McMahon said deputies had previously been called to a home where Pusok allegedly made threats to kill a deputy and fatally shot a family puppy in front of his family members. "We were very familiar with his aggressive nature," McMahon said."

Well there goes his father of the year nomination.
Working to love my fellow person regardless : >

I have an ex-son-in-law that once made the statement...."If someone can't control their emotions in a tense situation, they don't need to be on a police force". My son, daughter and several other people were celebrating my daughter's college graduation. They were in a place that does have alcohol along with very good food. An altercation among some drinkers broke out. Since Mark is on the police force but obviously in regular clothing, he did get up and go over. My son said "Mark defused that situation so quickly, I was amazed." Peace was restored in less than 5 minutes. Hubs and I were baby-sitting and were probably sound asleep at their house in San Marcos.

right on with the , if they can't control their emotions . Emotions have no place in making critical decisions and enforcing the law !!
