However, according to a source, the Advanced Towing employee was "rude, dismissive and taunting," and the tape released is "highly edited" to show only McHenry in an unflattering light.

"According to a source" sounds like the press making stuff up. What was she apologizing and getting suspended for.

I would have been extremely po'd..but I never would turn that anger into personally attacking, demeaning, and talking down in such a horrible way to the persons that was simply collecting the money..or to anyone else for that matter.
